Bulletins updated 12 November
Installation of the new outbound platform
Installation of the elevated outbound platform occurs on Saturdays 15 and 22 November, primarily during the day. The platform consists of 25 precast concrete forms, delivered throughout the installation by truck to the Railroad Street parking lot east of the station off Main Street.
Commuters please note that about 10 parking spaces will be displaced in the main parking lot to allow for the staging of the crane, which will be set up this Friday 14 November. The crane is used to install the new platform sections. Work begins at about 5:00am each Saturday, as the crane is moved to the Railroad Street parking lot.
Police details will be on site to coordinate the trucking movements and maintain access in and out of this location for project neighbors. Neighbors on Railroad Street should plan for some delays on these Saturday’s as trucks access and egress the Railroad Street lot.
